THOUGHTFUL ABSENCE
I wish I could drop a kiss in your heart and be closer to you....
Or maybe close my eyes and appear beside you.
Somehow you die in my spirit and glow in my soul
The feeling I'm feeling will never grow old.
Why am I so afraid to LOSE you when you don't even BELONG to me?
Why do I think about us..... questioning if there can be eternity?
I know what to do..I know I can treat you right
I wish to be beside you and cradle your love at night.
I wish to walk hand in hand knowing that we are joined by our hearts
I wish to wake up to you with a smile as the day starts.
So I lay here and think of you....think of us
I try to stop because I don't wanna think too much.....
But I can't help it...
